Capture an existing component

3D scanning can provide a starting reference for an existing shape. We discuss the component, access and level of detail needed before choosing whether scanning, measurements or a combination is suitable.

Develop a practical digital design

CAD design lets us work through mounting points, clearances and changes to an original part. We can develop custom housings, interior components, badges and other details around your build.

Choose a suitable manufacturing approach

A printed part may be a prototype, a fit-check model or a suitable finished component. Heat, exposure, loads and the required finish all affect material and manufacturing choices. Metal badge examples in our gallery show designs taken through further manufacture.
